Union Glashütte at the Petro Surf 2025
Union Glashütte is breaking new ground this summer – and celebrating a premiere on Sylt: For the first time, the brand is the official partner of the Petro Surf Festival, which takes place from July 20th to 22nd, 2025. This extraordinary event combines iconic vehicles, surf culture, and a festival atmosphere – attracting a passionate community that values design, craftsmanship, and individuality.
On the island, air-cooled technology meets the salty North Sea wind – and now also Saxon watchmaking. As a partner, Union Glashütte presents itself there in an environment that perfectly matches the brand not only aesthetically but also emotionally: Lovers of quality and character who follow their own path meet like-minded people – whether behind the wheel of a classic car or with a surfboard under their arm.
Union Glashütte was present on site with a selection of iconic timepieces that underscore both the precision craftsmanship and the passion for stylish appearance.
A special highlight: the two cars that served as inspiration for two Belisar Chronograph Speedster models could also be admired on site.

The concept of the Speedster Edition is based on a very special, one-of-a-kind sports car. The design of the watch is inspired by the characteristic appearance of this vehicle, translating its design language and dynamics directly onto the dial.
For the festival, the model was equipped with a unique case back.
To mark the 7th anniversary, this special model is limited to just 7 pieces and was only available at the event.
