The Belisar Chronograph Sport from Union Glashütte presents itself in a new, particularly powerful version with a high-quality stainless steel bracelet and quick-release system. Designed for sporty, active watch enthusiasts, this mechanical chronograph combines technical precision with an expressive, masculine design. Sporty design with high-tech materials. The 43 mm stainless steel chronograph impresses with a scratch-resistant ceramic bezel with a tachymeter scale, uniting sporty dynamism and technical function. The screwed-on case flanks are coated with a particularly durable black DLC coating and polished to a high shine – a strong statement for modern sports watches from Glashütte.Functionality thought through down to the last detail.
The black textured dial underscores the chronograph's dynamic character. Skeletonized nickel hands with Super-LumiNova® coating, striking indices, and yellow accents on the chronograph hands and counters ensure excellent legibility. The solid, three-link stainless steel bracelet is crafted from finely tuned polished and satin-finished elements, giving the Belisar Chronograph Sport a striking presence on the wrist. The high-quality workmanship ensures not only an elegant appearance, but also stability and exceptional wearing comfort – ideal for everyday wear, business, and sporting activities. The stainless steel bracelet is complemented by an additional textile strap. Thanks to the quick-release spring bars, the strap can be changed in seconds – without any tools. Union Glashütte uses only 316L stainless steel for cases, bracelets, and clasps. This alloy is characterized by high corrosion resistance, stability, and skin compatibility, and has established itself as a particularly reliable material in watchmaking.
Elaborate machining processes create differentiated surfaces – from satin-finished to high-gloss polished. Their precise interplay gives the watch depth and contour and underscores the high manufacturing quality.

Leather straps
Union Glashütte primarily uses calfskin – smooth or crocodile-embossed – as well as cowhide, horsehide, and goatskin for its watch straps. Each of these materials brings its own unique texture and characteristics, giving the watch an individual character.
As a natural material, leather develops a characteristic patina over time. This change reflects its use and underscores the wearer's personal style.
Water resistance
The water resistance of UNION GLASHÜTTE watches varies depending on the model: Men's watches are protected up to a pressure of 10 bar (100 m), women's watches up to 5 bar (50 m), and gold watches up to 3 bar (30 m). Selected sporty models may offer even higher water resistance.
The stated water resistance is not a permanent characteristic and can be affected by external factors such as the aging of the seals and mechanical stress on the crown or pushers. To ensure continued functionality, regular checks are recommended.
UNION GLASHÜTTE recommends having the water resistance checked approximately once a year by an authorized service partner and replacing any necessary components. Work on the case should only be carried out by qualified professionals.
