Starting point and rally center is the area of the picturesquely situated Badische Staatsbrauerei Rothaus AG near Grafenhausen. Let yourself be surprised again by the creativity and ingenuity of our special stages as well as by the magnificent and challenging route.

The total value of the prize is 5,950 euros and includes:

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter this competition.

1. These terms and conditions of entry (the "Terms") govern the competition "UNION GLASHÜTTE/ SA. Sommergewinnspiel 2023" ("the Competition") which is run by UNION Uhrenfabrik GmbH Glashütte/Sa. with its registered office at Frühlingsweg 5 in 01768 Glashütte / Saxony ("UNION Glashütte", "we", "us", "our/s").

2. by participating in the competition, you accept the conditions of participation. You can find out about our data protection conditions at https://www.union-glashuette.com/de/datenschutz.

3. this competition is not connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to UNION Uhrenfabrik GmbH Glashütte/Sa. and not to Facebook and Instagram. You hereby release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law in connection with this competition.

4. any user who visits this Facebook or Instagram post can enter this competition with a free prize draw. As part of our 2023 Summer Raffle, two places for the Rothaus Schwarzwald Classic 2023 will be offered on Facebook and Instagram. To take part in the prize draw, users must (1) "like" UNION Glashütte (Unionglashuette), (2) share the post about the UNION Glashütte Summer Prize Draw 2023 and answer the (3) question posed. We will draw lots to determine the winners of the 2023 summer competition from among all participants who meet these conditions.

5. Each participant may only enter the competition once. Automatic or repeated entries are not permitted. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the entrant, the entries of the owner of the Facebook/Instagram account will prevail.

6. Participation is free of charge and independent of any purchase or other contract. All natural persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Proof of age may be requested when claiming a prize. If a person under the age of 18 is drawn as a winner, any claim to a prize will be forfeited.

7. employees of The Swatch Group Ltd and its subsidiaries and their family members and all participating partner companies are excluded from the competition.

8. the competition will start on 11 July 2023 and end on 15 July 2023 at 23.59 CET (last time to send a comment / like to Facebook/ Instagram Unionglashuette). The draw will take place no later than 18:00 on 17 July 2023 and the winners will be informed immediately afterwards via Facebook message/ Instagram message.

9. The winners will be asked to respond immediately after the draw for the prize by means of a personal Facebook message/Instagram message and to confirm the delivery of the prize by providing their first and last name. The prize will be sent to the winner by post, delivery will be made by presenting the identity card.

10. if a winner does not respond within 18 hours of the prize notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn using the same procedure.

11. all decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the competition and prizes are final and are at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

12. the right to the prize is not transferable.

13. a cash payment of the prize or an alternative prize is not possible. UNION Uhrenfabrik GmbH Glashütte/Sa. reserves the right to replace the prizes mentioned under point 4 with prizes of equal value.

14. in order to claim a prize, the winner may be asked to confirm his or her identity (first and last name, home address, email address, etc.) by presenting appropriate documents (e.g. an identity card, passport or driving licence).

15. any taxes or duties levied on the prizes will be borne by the winners.

16. the organiser is not liable for competition entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged for technical or other reasons.

17. to the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our contractual partners disclaim all liability for any damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of or in connection with this competition.

18. we do not guarantee that your entry into the competition will be successful, even if you follow the instructions above, as entry may be prevented by reasons beyond our control.

19. the provision of invalid, false or misleading personal data may result in disqualification from the competition and/or the prizes. Entrants whose entries are offensive, abusive or otherwise deemed inappropriate will be disqualified from the competition.

20. incomplete, late or otherwise incorrect entries will not be accepted. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether an entry is valid and to disqualify any entrant who we have reason to believe is tampering with the entry process, behaving in a disruptive manner or breaching the Terms and Conditions.

21. the competition organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and to amend, suspend or terminate the competition if the process is technically impaired by a computer virus or otherwise.

22. the competition is organised by UNION Uhrenfabrik GmbH Glashütte/Sa. with its registered office at Frühlingsweg 5 in 01768 Glashütte / Saxony.

23. The competition shall be governed by German law. In the event of any disputes, the courts in Frankfurt shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Legal recourse is excluded.
